Getting greens into kids can honestly be fun and easy with the right smoothie mix.  If you are not used to smoothies start with them once a week and make every Sunday Smoothie day!

This is a great one to start with - delicious and sweet - perfect starter smoothie for fussy kids.

Ingredients

  •  Handful of unsprayed or organic baby spinach
  •  Handful  (1/2 cup) of fresh Rasberries or Blueberries would work well also
  •  1 large ripe Banana (Frozen is fine)
  •  I nectarine or Peach (pineapple works too!)
  •  1 cup of filtered water or organic coconut water (almond milk is yum too!)

Blend and Enjoy!
