Getting greens into kids can honestly be fun and easy with the right smoothie mix. If you are not used to smoothies start with them once a week and make every Sunday Smoothie day!
This is a great one to start with - delicious and sweet - perfect starter smoothie for fussy kids.
Ingredients
- Handful of unsprayed or organic baby spinach
- Handful (1/2 cup) of fresh Rasberries or Blueberries would work well also
- 1 large ripe Banana (Frozen is fine)
- I nectarine or Peach (pineapple works too!)
- 1 cup of filtered water or organic coconut water (almond milk is yum too!)
Directions
Blend and Enjoy!
