The dreamy creamy breaky boosting bhudda smoothie - for healthy happy children and zen mums. (If you have demanding whinging kids and are a frazzled mum it's pretty awesome too)

I've created this recipe for the mornings when everything is rushed. It's a brilliant delicious smoothie - nourishing and filled with superfood deliciousness knowing your child (and you!!) has had a nutrient hit that is super easy and simple to make - because lets face it - some mornings are just tough.
A recipe for the days when you need harmony to replace mayhem.
It's so easy to make - your kids can almost do it for you!
We love it and hope you do too!
Ingredients
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen is fine)
- 1/2 scraped vanilla bean (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 handful (1/2 cup) of baby spinach
- 1 tbs natural raw unsweetened yoghurt with probiotics (I use paris creek)
- 30 grams raw almonds
- 20 g raw sunflower seeds
- 20 g raw pumkin seeds
- 4 medjool dates
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 cups coconut water
Directions
- Blend the nuts, seeds and dates to make a paste in high speed blender
- Add other ingredients except yoghurt and blend again for 40 seconds
- Add yoghurt and blend again
- Serve in big glass and enjoy the energy hit!
