Ingredients
- One cup of Almond Milk
- 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 1 dash of organic maple syrup
Directions
- Pour Almond Milk into Cup
- Add Chia seeds, maple syrup and stir
- Place in fridge and stir again 15 minutes later
- Eat when set - usually around 5 hours.
- You can add layers of anything fresh berries, granola, goji berries. If you want to make chocolate chia pudding add 1 tsp of organic raw cocao and some maple syrup.
