Nourish Me Chia & Almond Milk Pudding

Ingredients

  •  One cup of Almond Milk
  •  3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  •  1 dash of organic maple syrup

Directions

  1. Pour Almond Milk into Cup
  2. Add Chia seeds, maple syrup and stir
  3. Place in fridge and stir again 15 minutes later
  4. Eat when set - usually around 5 hours.
  5. You can add layers of anything fresh berries, granola, goji berries. If you want to make chocolate chia pudding add 1 tsp of organic raw cocao and some maple syrup.
